Nolan Harmon: Son of James Harmon and Tara James, born 12/25/92 in Midland, PA; Nolan has been reared in the First Baptist Church of Midland from a baby. With a passion for serving God, he has began singing at age 2 where he would perform at various churches and community functions throughout the tri-state area. Nolan, never sought praise but always to please God and edify The Kingdom. With an extensive work history in banking and mortgage real estate; Nolan has been blessed with opportunity to travel internationally with his gifts and perform for the Lou Holtz Hall of Fame, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, the Lord Mayor of England, and various others. In addition to being a member of how sweet the sound gospel choir winners “4theCaz”Choir, doing background vocals for various gospel recording artists and has been blessed to be able to start his own choir ministry named “New Song” at his previous church. Nolan at an early age chose to live life by the scripture Romans 8 and is often times reminding those around him to build their hopes on things eternal and hold to Gods unchanging hand! With this in mind Nolan, has a heart for outreach, up building, uplifting and revitalizing our community.

Joey Hitzig: I would like to continue my role as Director. I enjoy serving my community. My experience aides in my desire to improve Adams Farm for everyone.

Erica Hogan: and I am a 32 years old. I work for Ethnicraft, a Belgian Furniture company as their USA division event coordinator. I have been a resident of Adams Farm since 2020. My husband, Sean, bought our house on Poplar Hill in 2014. I have an amazing step daughter named McKenna who is eleven years old and in the 5th grade. She’s the student Vice President at her elementary school and she swims competitively year round. She also played soccer for JYL for many years, but has now transitioned to Fusion within Greensboro Soccer Club. We love to be active and give back within our community. Adam’s Farm has truly been a great place to live for my family and I would love the opportunity to progress our community further. Thanks for your consideration. 

Trey Melton is a seasoned Property Manager with over 12 years of experience in the multi-family housing industry. Known for his passion for people and problem-solving skills, Trey has consistently demonstrated his ability to manage properties efficiently and effectively. Recently appointed to the board of directors for Adams Farm, Trey is eager to continue serving and contributing to the community. Outside of his professional life, Trey is a dedicated family man, married for over 11 years, with two wonderful daughters and a baby boy on the way. In his spare time, he enjoys tending to his eight chickens and glamping with his family most weekends when the weather permits.

Amber Short:  Currently serving as  Property Manager for Advenir Apartments. I would like to continue my role as Director- ensuring the success of Adams Farm for all residents, businesses, and quests.

Diane M. Tyo: I have lived in Adams Farm since January 2024. Prior to Greensboro, I live in Ohio for 2 years caring for my parents, and before that I raised my family in California for 46 years. I currently work for UCLA Health in the Cyber Security department.  I have been with UCLA Health for over 10 years. My 93 year old mother lives with me and I am her main caretaker, though I do have help during the day while I work. My son, daughter-in-law and 8 year old granddaughter will be moving in with me in July. I have always loved Adams Farm and was very happy when I found my home here. I would like to help with keeping Adams Farm a quiet, clean and safe place to live. I have served on several committees throughout my life, no HOA's but I believe my communication and other skills can give fresh insight on making our community the best place to live in Greensboro I believe in family and friends and enjoy helping others as much as I can If voted in I will do my best to ensure that I keep the values and atmosphere that has made Adams Farm a desirable place live.
